Cuban Dog

Top your dogs with ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and spicy mustard for a creative take on a Cuban sandwich.


4 hot dogs
4 hot dog buns, split
4 slices deli ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup sliced pickles
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard

Cook the hot dogs according to the package directions.

Meanwhile, heat grill to medium-high or heat broiler. Top each bun with 1 slice each ham and cheese. Grill, covered, or broil until the cheese has melted, 1 to 2 minutes.

Place a hot dog in each bun and, dividing evenly, top with the pickles and mustard.
